Hanoi streets are full of flags, panels and posters to welcome the 75th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and the National Day (September 2).
The decoration was carried out by the city Department of Culture and Sports.
The anniversary aims to confirm the historical significance of the event.
The decorations reflect the excited atmosphere and trust in the Party among classes of people.
