Hundreds of foreigners join cycling activity for green Hanoi city

(CPV) – The Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations on October 4 held a bicycle journey of friendship for the 2020 green Hanoi. Nearly 400 delegates, including over 260 foreign people coming from over 30 embassies and international organizations in Hanoi, joined the event.
This was part of celebration of the 1010th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi and the city’s 17th Party Congress term 2020-2025.
The event also aimed to introduce and promote a peaceful, green and clean Hanoi capital; and encourage the use of bicycles for saving energy and protecting the environment.
Hundreds of participants joined the event despite rain.
