5,000 illegally imported poultry eggs seized

On the early morning of July 8, Quang Ninh provincial police checked a truck and discovered it was carrying 5,000 poultry eggs without clear origin.

The driver, Vi Van Minh, born in 1988 from Quang Long commune, Hai Ha district, was on the way to traffic the eggs to the mainland to be consumed.

The police transferred the eggs to a market management team to be destroyed./.
