Cam Pha city completes over 10 criteria in building new rural areas

The Cam Pha city People’s Committee of the northern province of Quang Ninh has said that its three communes of Duong Huy, Cong Hoa and Cam Hai have completed 14 to 16 criteria, among 19, in building new rural areas.

It added that the city has spent over VND280 billion carrying the program, of which VND30 billion have been mobilised from society.
To complete the program by late 2013, the city will continue to carry out rice planting models in the three communes, launch the campaign “Joining hands to build new style rural areas – building advanced urban areas”, and increase solutions to realise targets in the program./.
