Over 16,000 Chinese smuggled breeding chickens slaughtered

16,400 Chinese smuggled breeding chickens were slaughtered by Ha Long police - of the Quang Ninh provincial police - on April 14.
Earlier, just after midnight on that day, Ha Long police checked a truck (licence number; 14C-051.97) which was transporting 16,400 breeding chickens.
All the chickens were smuggled from China without quarantine documents. The owner of the chickens is Bui Van Hung, 43 years old, of Cuong Chinh commune, Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province./.
