200 pupils in Quang Ninh’s Van Don district presented lifebuoys

The National Fund For Vietnamese Children of the Vietnam Trade Union, Quang Ninh provincial Trade Union and Sponsor Quang Ninh – branch Vietinbank presented lifebuoys and books to 200 pupils in Van Don district.

140 of them are from Ban Sen secondary school and 60 are from Ngoc Vung secondary school.

In the near future, the bank will present 800 lifebuoys to pupils who have to pass rivers in districts of Tien Yen, Uong Bi, Ha Long, Dong Trieu, Binh Lieu and Hai Ha to go to school.

On this occasion, Deputy Head of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Nguyen Thi Thu Hong presented VND10 million from the National Fund For Vietnamese Children of the Vietnam Trade Union to equip learning and teaching aids and supported VND5 million for teachers’ children and poor outstanding pupils./.
