Quang Ninh grants licenses for five projects

The Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee has licensed five projects capitalized with more than USD782.4 million (equivalent to VND16.4 trillion), in which adjusted capital has increased by USD21 million.

This was part of a conference announcing strategic plans of Quang Ninh on September 13.

Accordingly, the provincial people’s committee granted the license for a project to build a garment and textile industry line in Texhong Hai Ha industrial zone with a total capital of USD300 million (VND6.37 trillion.

Others included Ocean Park in Ha Long city, covering 195 hectares with a total capital of VND6 trillion (USD285 million) and high-end resort in Quang Hanh precinct, Cam Pha city on 600 hectares with VND3.5 trillion (USD 167 million).

In additional, a project to produce hi-tech breeds which covers 125 hectares was licensed with over USD9.42 million (VND199 billion) while a five-star hotel and entertainment area of Hoang Gia International Joint Stock Company was given the nod to start building./.
