Preliminary for English eloquence contest in Ha Long bay

To promote foreign language learning among students and help students improve English speaking skills, the preliminary for English Eloquence contest about Ha Long bay, will take place in Ha Long city on September 26.
The preliminary round will draw the participation of nearly 100 contestants who represent primary, secondary and high schools, university and civil service staff.
Contestants were judged on their eloquence in praising the beauty, potential and value of the landscape and geology of Ha Long bay, as well as the responsibility of youth in the preservation and promotion of the world natural heritage.
The contest will also aim to preserve and promote the value of Ha Long bay to the country
This will be an activity of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth to celebrate 20 years of Ha Long bay being recognized as world natural heritage by UNESCO./.
