Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Doc on May 26th met with and had dialogue with over 500 workers in the province to mark the workers’ month in 2016.

During the dialogue, he recognised the great contribution of workers and enterprises towards the province’s socio-economic development, especially during the period of deep and wide international integration. “The province always identifies enterprises as main resources of the province,” he said. “As enterprises develop, the province develops; and enterprises’ competitiveness is the province’s competitiveness.”
Talking with the provincial Party Committee Secretary, workers asked relevant agencies to pay attention to building housing for workers and pre-schools for their children, enrich the cultural and spiritual life for workers in industrial zones, support workers joining training courses, provide safer meals for workers, deal with enterprises’ evading of social insurance for workers, and develop Party members among non-State enterprises.
The dialogue showed the province’s leadership towards workers, creating an impetus for the workers to produce and be close to enterprises and the province.
After the dialogue, Secretary Doc visited the accommodations of workers in the Cai Lan Industrial Zone and presented 15 gifts for outstanding workers./.
