On October 25, General Giang visited the school within the framework of the official visit to Mongolia from October 25 to 27.

The school was established in 1949 and is one of the cradles of training talents for Mongolia. On the occasion of the 90th birth anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh, May 14, 1980, the Central Committee of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party issued a decision to allow Inter-Level School No. 14 to be named after President Ho Chi Minh.

This decision is a milestone in the school's development history. Up to now, the school has become a symbol of friendship, solidarity and closeness between Vietnam and Mongolia.

In 2009, a monument to President Ho Chi Minh was built on the school's campus and in 2017, the Ho Chi Minh Traditional Room was inaugurated. The s     tatue of President Ho Chi Minh is in bronze, 1.7m high, placed on a 3.33m high pedestal. General Phan Van Giang and the high-ranking delegation of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam laid a wreath to commemorate his great contributions.

President Ho Chi Minh visited Mongolia in 1955 and together with Mongolian leaders laid the foundation for strong friendship between Vietnam and Mongolia.

Every year, the graduation ceremony for students is held on President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19). The school also regularly organizes writing and drawing contests to learn about President Ho Chi Minh, and the country and people of Vietnam.

General Phan Van Giang wished the teachers and students good teaching and      good learning, to contribute to building an increasingly beautiful Mongolia, becoming a bridge, constantly developing the friendly and close relationship between Vietnam and Mongolia./.
