Hanoi district’s leaders commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

Sixty-third years ago, President Ho Chi Minh visited and spoke to the Party Committee, authorities and people of My Duc District regarding the 5th Party Central Committee Resolution (Term III) on agricultural and rural development.
