Speaking at the program, Chairman of the City People's Committee Chu Ngoc Anh thanked the businesses and units for supporting the city's pandemic prevention effort, especially in responding to the "5K + vaccine" campaign under the direction of the Prime Minister.

According to Chairman Anh, over the past three months, both the political system and the people of the capital have united, joined forces, and fiercely fought the COVID-19 pandemic, and the city has well controlled the situation. “The results marked the significant contribution and support of businesses and units,” he said.

Hanoi has been constantly increasing its capacity and equipment to speed up testing by both tracing F0 contacts and expanding testing in the community.

“The city will also accelerate the vaccination campaign to soon acheive herd immunity,” Chairman Anh added, asserting that the city is ready for different plans of treatment for different types of patients.

At the reception ceremony, the Hanoi Fatherland Front transferred all medical equipment to the Hanoi Department of Health to serve the prevention and control of the pandemic./.
