HCMC awards 116 works on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s example

During more than two years of implementation, the HCMC Party Committee's Popularization and Education Board received 301 entries. Each work has its own way of portraying authors’ emotions and infinite love for Uncle Ho; President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and style are the material for authors, citizens of the city named after Uncle Ho, to create authentic and profound works that touch people’s hearts.

At the event, the organizing committee granted 116 awards, of which, 87 prizes are awarded to the professional sector and 29 prizes to the movement sector.

In particular, this award has many works depicting the studying and following of Uncle Ho’s example by officers, soldiers, veterans, and students in the city, expressed quite richly and diversely through various art forms.

Mr. Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue, Head of the HCMC Party Committee's Popularization and Education Board, hopes that HCMC will have more and more works of high ideological and artistic value, about the pride of being a citizen of HCMC, toward activities to mark the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Unification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), making an important contribution to building Vietnamese literature, art and journalism./.
