The conference was held directly at the district People's Committee and was connected online with 21 communes and towns, with the attendance of more than 1,000 delegates.

In his speech at the event, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee Nguyen Khanh Binh requested grassroots Party organizations under the district Party Committee, departments, agencies and units to promptly develop plans to realize the 2024 special subjects with the focus on some following issues:
Firstly, raising awareness about the importance of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, especially improving discipline and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
Secondly, effectively using information and popularization channels about the special subjects to officials, party members and people.
Thirdly, focusing on building a team of officials and party members with sufficient qualifications, capacity and prestige.
Fourthly, seriously carrying out inspection and supervision of the implementation of the special subjects at all levels and sectors; detecting and strictly handling cases of violation of discipline of the Party and State.
Also at the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, Former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, discussed and conveyed the content of the special subject on improving order, discipline and responsibility in performing the responsibilities and tasks of officials and party members of Thanh Oai district.
In addition, delegates also thoroughly heard the second content of Resolution 23-NQ/TU on strengthening the Party’s leadership in study promotion and building a learning society in Hanoi from now until 2030, with a vision to 2045./.
