Young officers of Cuban Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh

On December 2, the young officers of the Cuban Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces, led by Major General Marcelo Perez, Deputy Political Director of the Cuban Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces, offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Monument, Nam Dan district.

Joining the delegation were Colonel Tran Huu Dung, Deputy Head of the Military Youth Board; and Colonel Pham Dinh Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of central Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
This is an important activity on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the establishment of the Cuban Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces (December 2, 1956 - December 2, 2023) and aims to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023).
Before the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed deep respect to the prominent activist of the international communist and workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed himself to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and fought for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and the people of the world.

During their lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh and Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro were pioneer soldiers in the uncompromising struggle against colonialism, oppression and injustice. President Ho Chi Minh and Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro not only strived and devoted their lives to the cause of national liberation of Cuba and Vietnam, but also guided the Cuban and Vietnamese people on the path to fight for liberation thoroughly, firmly ensure the independence, freedom, and happiness of the entire people - the path of national independence associated with socialism.
The special relationship between Vietnam and Cuba was laid on the foundation painstakingly built by President Ho Chi Minh and President Fidel Castro and has always been appreciated by generations of leaders of the Party, State, people and armies of the two countries. Over the past 60 years, the two countries' friendship has truly been a relationship of love, loyalty and steadfastness, becoming a symbol of the times./.
