Specifically, the Public Administration Centre is an agency directly under the Bac Ninh People’s Committee. The Bac Ninh People’s Committee is responsible for specifying the functions, tasks, authority, structure and organization of the centre, and coordinating regulations for activities between the centre and related agencies and units.

The centre will have one Director and less than three Deputy Directors. It has professional sections which perform the function of state management on public administrative services, including: General Planning Department, Administration Department, Inspection-Supervision Department, and Administrative Procedures Receiving and Solving Department.

The pilot establishment is valid for three years. After the three year pilot, the Bac Ninh People’s Committee will assess the results of the pilot establishment and report to the government leader./.
