Congratulations to Cambodia on successful NA election

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong on August 11th cabled a message of congratulations to the Central Committee of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and its President Samdech Techo Hun Sen on the successful election of the sixth National Assembly and the victory of the CPP in the election.

In the message, he wrote that the CPV Central Committee is delighted at the successful organisation of the sixth NA election that took place on July 29th in Cambodia, ensuring democracy, freedom, fairness, security and safety.
Trong expressed belief that with the support of the Cambodian people, the new Cambodian legislature and government will be set up soon to continue leading the Cambodian people overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully building Cambodia of peace, independence, neutralism, democracy, social progress and friendship with countries worldwide, especially neighbouring and regional countries./.
