State President Tran Dai Quang on March 19th sent a congratulatory letter to Vladimir Putin on his re-election as President of Russia.

Earlier, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong cabled a message to congratulate the re-elected President.
