Ms Pham Thi Thanh Tra elected as Secretary of Yen Bai provincial Party Committee

(CPV) - The 18th Yen Bai provincial Party Executive Committee on September 14th organized the 9th conference to elect the title of Secretary for the 2015 - 2020 tenure.
Mr Nguyen Thanh Binh, 12th PCC member, Standing Vice Head of PCC Commission for Organization attended the event.
With a spirit of concentration and democracy, 46/46 members of the 18th Yen Bai provincial Party Executive Committee elected Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tra, 12th PCC member, Deputy Secretary of the Yen Bai provincial Party Committee and Head of the Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee (2016 - 2021 tenure) as Secretary of the Yen Bai provincial Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 tenure.

Ms Pham Thi Thanh Tra was born on January 21st, 1964. Her native land is Nam Yen commune, Nam Dan district, Central Nghe An province. She holds a Master’s degree of Education Management, a Bachelor’s degree of Pedagogy, and has undergone senior training in political issues.
The newly-elected Secretary had held the positions of the Vice Head of the Tran Yen district People’s Committee, Secretary of the Yen Bai provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Head of the Yen Bai provincial Party Committee Commission for Popularization and Education, Vice Head of the Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of Yen Bai city Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Yen Bai provincial Party Committee and Head of the Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee.
The title Head of the Yen Bai provincial People’s Committee will be re-elected very soon./.
