Mr. Lai Xuan Chien from the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia, Head of the delegation, affirmed that the Vietnamese Embassy always pays special attention to the living conditions of overseas Vietnamese in Cambodia and organized a fundraising campaign to support people in need.
