Providing books to highlands children

A group of high school students in Hanoi on August 12th launched the program “The Firebook” to collect books for pupils and children in Lao Cai province’s Sa Pa district.

The activity aims to provide an abundant source of knowledge for the comprehensive development of highlands children who have limited access to books, thus establishing their reading habit and study aspiration.

Books, exhibits and money collected through the program will be used to develop 10 small libraries with over 1,000 books for schools in Sa Pa district.
