The second meeeting of the Subcommittee of Popularization and Festivities for the 17th provincial Party Congress (2020-2025 tenure) was presided by Vice Secretary of Ha Giang provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung.

The provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education will identify and direct contents providing information on the congress, the results of the implementation of the goals and resolutions of the 16th provincial Party Congress; give consultancy to the permanent members of the provincial Party Committee; and give ideas on decorations for inside and outside the conference hall.

The press, radio and television agencies in the province will make reports, specialized pages, columns and update news and articles on the achievements of the 16th provincial Party Committee. The provincial Radio and Television Station will broadcast programmes and documentary films in Mong, Tay and Dao ethnic languages.

The provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front, together with mass organizations, will develop scenarios and propaganda content about the Congress and organize emulation movements, and practical, specific and effective welcome activities.

Participants discussed the program to welcome the congress, information on mass media, the launching of emulation movements, cultural and sports activities to welcome congresses among civil servants, party members and laborers; and the application of information technology in the popularization and in exhibitions on achievements in the tenure 2015-2020./.
