Luy Lau Folk Culture Conservation Area in Bac Ninh

An opening ceremony for Luy Lau Folk Culture Conservation Area has taken place in Dong Ngu village, Ngu Thai commune, Thuan Thanh district, the northern province of Bac Ninh.

The conservation area was invested by Thuan Thanh Water Puppet Limited Company on a total area of 5,000 meters. It includes areas on performances of water puppetry, folk music forms in the northern Vietnam such as Quan ho folk singing, xam, ca tru; Dong Ho folk painting and painting area; folk game experience area and traditional food performing area.
The area is expected to be a practical community cultural place for local people and foreign tourists./.
