The 24th Red River Delta Region Fine Arts Exhibition 2019 was launched by the Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee and the Vietnam Fine Arts Association at Kinh Bac Cultural Center of Bac Ninh province on August 21st.

At the exhibition, 213 works of 195 authors from nine localities of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, Hung Yen and Bac Ninh were displayed. These works deeply reflect culture, land and people of the Red River Delta region.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Board, emphasized that this is the third time Bac Ninh province hosted the Fine Arts Exhibition in the Red River Delta. The exhibition is an opportunity for Bac Ninh province in particular and the Red River Delta provinces in general to exchange culture and share experiences in art creation activities as well as promotion of cultural and people images and the economic strength of Bac Ninh province to domestic and foreign tourists.
At the exhibition, the organizing board presented one A prize, one B prize, one C prize and 6 consolation prizes to the winning artists. The exhibition will run until August 30th./.
