The Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee has issued a Decision adopting the plan of Gia Binh 2 Industrial Zone (IZ) with a scale of 1/2,000 at Gia Binh district, covering 250 ha.

Gia Binh 2 IZ is located in Nhan Thang, Binh Duong, Thai Bao and Van Ninh communes.
The project has a planning scale of about 261.84 ha. It will be invested towards modernity, clean industry, and promoting economic development in the South of Duong River and Bac Ninh province.
Gia Binh 2 is a concentrated IZ with a synchronous technical infrastructure system to lure investors, modern production and business projects, advanced technology, and clean industry which does not cause environmental pollution.
It includes functional areas: factory construction land, administrative and service areas, trees, traffic, parking lots and key technical infrastructure facilities which connect together through traffic axes in the IZ./.
