The northern province of Bac Ninh has just issued a document allowing all companies to reopen, except for those with F0 cases and not meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee has issued a written request asking the provincial Public Security, the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks, departments, localities and businesses to continue implementing temporary regulations ensuring safety to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic in the new situation.
In addition, Bac Ninh allowed businesses to welcome workers from other provinces and cities to the province to work, including workers from Bac Giang, provided that the workers are not subject to medical isolation, do not come from areas applying Directive 16/CT-TTg, and comply with testing.
After having negative results, the enterprises are allowed to transport workers to the province to put them in concentrated accommodation. After three days of testing by rapid test method or negative RT-PCR, they will be allowed to work.
Bac Ninh requires that, every week, businesses must test at least 20% of the total number of workers working at factories./.
