Total state budget collection in the northern province of Bac Ninh reached an estimated 26.49 trillion VND in the first 11 months of 2023, 83.8% of the year’s estimates, according to the provincial Department of Statistics.
Of this, domestic collection was estimated at 20.107 trillion VND, while collection from customs reached an estimated 6.39 trillion VND.
In domestic collection, collection of fees and charges exceeded the year’s estimate by 8% and increasing by 4.9% compared the same period last year.

In addition, revenue from enterprises with foreign direct investment is equal to 99.8% of the year’s plan and increased by 3.2% compared to the same period last year; Non-state tax revenue, equal to 91.8% of the year’s plan and up by 1.1% compared to the same period last year
In November 2023, Bac Ninh issued new investment registration for 41 FDI projects with a total registered capital of 148.92 million USD.
In the first 11 months of 2023, the province attracted 349 newly registered FDI projects, an increase of 225 projects over the same period. Newly registered capital reached 1,056.9 million USD, an increase of 738.1 million USD.
So far, the locality has had 2,109 FDI projects in effect with a total registered capital after adjustments and capital contributions, share purchases, and capital contribution of 24,941.5 million USD.
Since the beginning of the year, Bac Ninh has issued 3,004 first-time land use rights certificates with an area of 825.5 hectares. Of which, organizations received 1,102 certificates with an area of 761 hectares; households and individuals received 1,902 certificates with an area of 64.5 hectares./.
