Bac Ninh Province attracts USD320 million in FDI

In particular, from the beginning of the year, the province has granted new investment registration for 23 domestic investment projects with a total investment capital of more than VND8.2 trillion; granted adjusted investment registration for 36 investment projects, including 12 adjusted projects with the total adjusted capital increasing by over VND3.4 trillion; and adjusted projects for industrial park infrastructure investors with total additional investment capital of over VND1.1 trillion, equivalent to USD51.32 million.

So far, Bac Ninh province has granted 1,455 valid registered investment projects to domestic investors with a total adjusted investment capital of over VND210.505 trillion.

With foreign investment projects, in the first 5 months of the year, Bac Ninh province granted 52 new projects with total registered capital of over USD320 million; and adjusted capital for 33 projects, with an increased adjusted capital of USD43,607 million.

So far, Bac Ninh province has granted investment registration to 1,663 valid foreign investment projects with the total registered investment capital of over USD20 billion. According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, Bac Ninh is currently ranked 7th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide in terms of attracting foreign direct investment./.
