Bac Ninh Provincial Youth and Children's Football Tournament – 2024 Television Cup attracts over 200 athletes

The opening ceremony of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth and Children's Football Tournament – 2024 Television Cup was co-organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Radio and Television, the Department of Education and Training, and the Provincial Youth Union of Bac Ninh Province at the Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium on July 10.

The tournament attracted the participation of more than 200 athletes from 21 teams, including 13 U12 teams and eight U10 teams from districts, towns, cities and the provincial Youth Activity Center. The teams competed in two categories: U12 boys and U10 boys, in a group format, playing a round robin format to calculate points. The first and second teams of each group will enter to the semi-finals.
The tournament is held annually to continue promoting the campaign "All people practice physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho" in Bac Ninh province for the period 2021–2030.
It also creates a useful playground for teenagers and children, contributing to the development of the grassroots football movement and nurturing and developing young players with potential. This is also an opportunity for children to practice the spirit of solidarity, determination and noble sportsmanship.
The tournament will end on July 17./.
