Free heart check-up provided for children in Bac Ninh province

"Heart for You" is a humanitarian heart surgery program for children under 16 years old, which has been organized by the Vietnam Heart Foundation, Vietnam Television Station and Military-run Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) since 2008. The target of the program is to promote the early detection and treatment of congenital heart disease for children having difficult circumstances nationwide.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Heart Foundation will organize congenital heart disease screening for children in Bac Ninh province from 7:30 to 16:30 on April 24, 2021 and from 7:00 to 16:30 on April 25, 2021 at Bac Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital in Huyen Quang street, Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city.

The Provincial People's Committee also asks relevant departments, branches, sectors, associations and organizations to jointly support the program "Heart for you".

At the same time, network operators such as VNPT and Mobifone are asked to send message to mobile subscribers in the province to support the program.

In addition, the press and media agencies and Viettel Bac Ninh jointly make a plan and carry out communications about the program to a large number of people in the province to understand the significance as well as humanity of the program and bring their children to join the program./.
