Northern Bac Ninh province organizes Quan Ho folk singing contest

Quan Ho folk singing contest has been taken in the northern province of Bac Ninh on February 22-23 to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3 1930-2023) and the 80th anniversary of the “Outline of Vietnamese Culture”.
The contest is part of the activities within the framework of the festival entitled ‘Travelling to the land of Quan Ho folk singing’.
It drew the participation of more than 500 artisans, actors, actresses, musicians and singers from eight art troupes from districts and cities around the province.
At the contest, artisans, actors, actresses and musicians will compete on the music stage and singers perform ancient Quan Ho songs.
