Quang Ninh province offers incense to commemorate martyrs

On the occasion of the 66^th anniversary of Vietnamese Fallen and Wounded Soldiers’ Day, a delegation of Quang Ninh province led by the provincial Party Secretary Pham Minh Chinh laid a wreath and offered incense at the Ha Long city Martyr Memorial and Ha Tu Martyrs’ Cemetery in Ha Tu precinct.

Delegates reviewed the glorious struggle tradition and the spirit of sacrifice of fallen soldiers for national independence and peace. Delegates reflected their determination to uphold and promote national tradition in the cause of Quang Ninh provincial construction. The provincial Party Committee, authorities and people will promote production to build the homeland toward prosperity and development.
