Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival of Khmer people in Kien Giang

The Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival of the Khmer ethnic minority in the southern province of Kien Giang will take place in Go Quao district, the southern province of Kien Giang, from November 8th to 12th.

Visitors can experience diverse activities such as commercial fair, boat racing, volleyball tournament and folk games.
The festival will contribute to creating cultural beauty in the community of local people; preserving and promoting ethnic culture identities; building the festival as an outstanding tourism product; and honouring and popularizing cultural values of Khmer ethnic minority groups. This will be also an opportunity for Khmer people to enjoy activities and share experiences among artisans./.
