The Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 to take place in late April

Diverse fun activities will be held during the Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 from April 27 to May 1 to honour and promote Hue culinary cultural values whilst introducing new tourism products to attract more domestic and international tourists to the former imperial city.

The event will be held during the during the coming five-day holiday marking National Reunification Day (April 30) and May Day (May 1).
On this occasion, food lovers will enjoy the fine taste of traditional Hue dishes and explore the quintessence of dishes of three regions across the country.
Residents and tourists will also have the opportunity to watch skillful performances put on by Master Chefs and Vietnamese culinary artists at a culinary space set up for the festival.
Furthermore, a number of competitions, entertainment activities, and culinary cultural exchanges will be held throughout the festival./.
