The 9th Special Art Program "Truong Sa Spring" took place in Hanoi on January 23 honour strong will and aspiration of officials and soldiers who are safeguarding sea and island sovereignty of the nation.
The program was organized by the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper in coordination with the Naval Military Command and other agencies.
The event was an activity to celebrate the 13th National Party Congress, the 91st founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, October 30 - February 3, 2021).
The organising board hoped that organisations and individuals will continue joining hands to safeguard Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago.
Participants at the event were treated with songs and dances praising seas, island and the nation.
