(CPV) - The Hanoi Agriculture Fair 2024 opens at AEON MALL Ha Dong shopping center, on September 26 with the participation of 700 booths and spaces promoting and introducing organic and natural products of 90 exhibitors from 28 provinces and cities.
The event was co-hosted by the Hanoi Promotion Agency on Investment, Trade and Tourism (HPA) and AEON MALL Vietnam Co., Ltd.

More than 1,500 lines of agricultural products and processed foods, such as tea, vermicelli, field mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots, rice, vegetables, cordyceps, bird’s nests, ham, sausages, cakes of all kinds and fresh fruits are introduced at the fair.
According to Mr. Bui Duy Quang, Deputy Director of HPA, the fair aims to achieve 1 billion USD worth of the export turnover of Vietnamese goods through the AEON system by 2025.
At the fair, HPA will coordinate with the purchasing department of AEON Vietnam to survey and select potential OCOP units, businesses and entities to discuss cooperation opportunities to become suppliers of the AEON system in the future.
Since 2016, HPA has worked with AEON Group to implement many direct agricultural trade promotion activities with Vietnamese enterprises.
The two sides have supported Vietnamese enterprises to export products to the Japanese market through AEON’s retail systems.
At the same time, suppliers with the AEON system are trained in techniques to raise awareness and improve competitiveness and the quality of product.
The fair will run until September 29./.
