Hanoi honors ten outstanding businesses for employees in 2024

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Confederation of Labour Le Dinh Hung said that in recent years, from the emulation movement "Creative Labour" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 1996, the Hanoi Confederation of Labour has implemented it specifically through a movement of winning the title of initiatives and creativity among workers, civil servants and employees in the capital.

In 2024, 95,523 initiatives are recognized at the grassroots level, and 2,086 initiatives are recognized at the upper-grassroots level. From 801 initiatives and scientific topics selected and proposed by the upper-grassroots level, the Emulation Council of the Hanoi Federation of Labour has selected and recognized 100 workers achieving the title of "Initiatives and Creativity in the capital's workers, civil servants, and employees" in 2024 and decided to award Certificates of Merit of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Federation of Labour to 100 individuals with outstanding achievements in the "Creative Labour" movement in 2024.

Initiatives from workers, civil servants and employees have not only developed strongly in key industries such as manufacturing and construction, but also spread to other fields such as education, health, culture and services.

Mr. Le Dinh Hung said that the event is a strong message affirming that the sustainable development of the capital and the country cannot be separated from the intelligence and efforts of employees and the companionship of enterprises.

During the program, outstanding enterprises for employees shared and discussed solutions to retain and stabilize the lives of employees, care for and create conditions for them to promote initiatives and creativity.

Also at the program, the organizers awarded the Certificate of Recognition for the title "Initiatives and Creativity among workers, civil servants and employees in the capital" in 2024 to 100 individuals, along with a bonus of 2 million VND per individual./.
