At the reception for the delegation, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc affirmed that the visit and survey of the delegation is a valuable opportunity for Ninh Binh province to introduce cultural and historical values, as well as the beauty and potential of the land and people of Ninh Binh to the Vietnamese and French delegates.

He also said that he hoped the good results of this field trip would contribute to the overall success of the 12th Vietnam-France decentralised cooperation conference, thereby further strengthening the cooperative and friendly relationship between Vietnam and France, between localities of the two countries, and Ninh Binh province with other provinces and cities across the country.
