Results of Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress announced

At the event, Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education To Dai Phong reported outstanding results in 2015-2020 period, affirming that the city maintains its leading role as the largest economic center of the country.

Delegates were informed about goals and tasks of building and developing the city in the next 5 years; 26 major development targets; 3 breakthrough programs and 1 key program to develop the city in the near future.

They thoroughly grasped Project 05-DA/TU dated June 19, 2020 of the city Party Committee’s Standing Board on popularizing and spreading positive information, and fighting against and rejecting wrong and hostile views on the Internet and social networks.

In his speech at the event, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Members of the Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation asked party committees at the grassroots level to lead studying and thoroughly grasping the results of the 11^th Ho Chi Minh City Party Congress for all workers, and build plans to carry out action programs./.
