Ferry to Cai Chien island successfully tested

A ferry proposed to go into commission between Ghenh Vo and Cai Chien island was successfully tested on May 19^th, reported the Quang Ninh Online News.

Currently, Long Vu Ltd., Co finished two temporary ferries and put one into operation. It takes 1 hour to run the 5 kilometers from Ghenh Vo to Cai Chien

After being tested and licensed by functional agencies, the company will invest in construction one main ferry in Cai Chien district and one temporary ferry in Quang Dien district. In addition, one ferry with a capacity of 80CV will be put into operation.

Total investment for official operation is estimated more than VND5 billion and the ferry route will run four to six times a day at fixed hours. Ticket prices will be regulated by the Hai Ha district People’s Committee./.
