Quang Ninh supports drug addicts joining voluntary detoxification

The Quang Ninh provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 2474 on support drug addicts who voluntarily detoxify at the provincial Centre for Education, Labour and Society in the period of 2015-2020.
Accordingly, people with permanent residence in Quang Ninh province joining the program for at least six months will be supported with food expenses of VND30,000/person/day; spending on their physical and mental examinations of VND650,000/person/time; monthly health examination of VND50,000; entertainment spending of VND10,000/person/month; clothes and essential supplies of VND970,000/person/time and costs for electricity and water of VND80,000/person/month.
The provincial Department of Labour, War-Invalids and Social Affairs was asked to implement the decision./.
