Khanh Hoa welcomes nearly 200 visitors on first charter flight from Uzbekistan

The Khanh Hoa Province Tourism Department and Pegas Misr Vietnam Travel Co. Ltd on June 29 welcomed the first charter flight bringing visitors from Uzbekistan to the province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thanh, Director of the Khanh Hoa provincial Tourism Department, said that the flight departed from Tashkent International Airport (Uzbekistan) and landed at Cam Ranh International Airport (Khanh Hoa), carrying onboard nearly 200 passengers.
Uzbek tourists will stay at three or five-star hotels and resorts in Khanh Hoa during their stay of between 10 and 28 days.
This is the first charter flight from the new market exploited by Pegas Misr Vietnam Travel Co. Ltd., which specialises in Russian and Central Asian markets.
As of July, flights will be conducted with a frequency of one round trip per week.
Previously, direct flights bringing tourists from Almaty and Astana cities of Kazakhstan to Cam Ranh had been conducted./.
