The 23rd Vietnam International Agricultural Trade Fair (AgroViet 2023) themed “Connecting value chains, developing ecological and sustainable agriculture” will take place in Hanoi from September 14 to 17.

The information was released at a press conference held by the Trade Promotion Centre for Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on September 6.
The Expo, an annual trade promotion event, will have nearly 200 domestic and international booths. Up to now, the Organizing Committee has received registrations from nearly 100 units and businesses, equivalent to 192 booths, including businesses from China, the Republic of Korea, Australia, Russia and 45 localities throughout the country.
Mr Nguyen Minh Tien, Director of the Trade Promotion Centre for Agriculture said that that the event will allow businesses to access and develop agricultural production 4.0 towards creating added value for agricultural products.
It also aims to continue promoting the connection of the value chain of Vietnamese agricultural products and creating favourable conditions for foreign organisations and enterprises to provide machinery and equipment for agricultural, forestry, and fishery production in accordance with Vietnamese requirements, he said.
AgroViet 2023 will display and introduce a variety of domestic agricultural products such as: ST25 rice, Thai Nguyen tea, Tam Dao yellow flower tea, Nha Trang bird's nest, Ba Lang fish sauce and so on and many agricultural products and food products of foreign businesses such as Manuka honey, native flower honey of Australia; fresh flowers, vegetables and fruits of China; cheese, butter, sunflower oil of Russia.
Within the framework of the fair, a number of seminars will also be held./.
