Since 2021, the Ha Giang People’s Committee entrusted more than 109.6 billion VND to the VBSP to realize specific policies according to Resolution 58. As of November 20, 2023, total outstanding balance reached nearly 104 billion with 2,984 borrowers.
During the lending process, the provincial VBSP proactively coordinated with entrusted socio-political organizations and People's Committees at the communal level to regularly guide borrowers to use capital effectively. Most households borrow capital and use it for the right purpose, repaying the loan to the VBSP on time, thereby, contributing to supporting borrowers to create stable livelihoods and increase income.
