Public investment capital disbursement fulfills 56.84% of year’s plan

Disbursement of public investment capital by October 31, 2023 is estimated at 401,863.4 billion VND, fulfilling 56.84% of the year’s plan assigned by the Government leader, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Of the amount, 72.47 trillion VND was disbursed for the socio-economic recovery and development programmes, or 58.75 of the PM’s target, the ministry added.
Aiming to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, the Ministry recommended that ministries and branches within their authority and responsibilities quickly provide guidance on the unit's recommendations; while drastically directing the removal of obstacles to quickly and effectively deploy key tasks of disbursement of public investment capital in accordance with the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister.
Localities focus on removing difficulties related to mine licensing, exploiting stone and sand materials for projects, and difficulties related to site clearance./.
