The Vietnamese Goods Week 2023 in Thailand themed "Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta" will take place at the Central World Trade Centre in Bangkok from August 16 to 20.

The 6th Vietnamese Goods Week in Thailand aims to promote products from the southern region of Vietnam and seven localities, inclduing Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Ben Tre, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh and Dong Thap provinces will participate in the event.
At the event, about 80 businesses are expected to join activities to connect trade and introduce their products. Particularly, 50 of these businesses will display their typical products, which meet local export standards.
In framewok of the event, a Vietnam-Thailand trade connection conference will also be held.
According to Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai, after six years of organisation, the Vietnamese Goods Week in Thailand, organised by Central Retail Group, has contributed to the growth of export turnover between the two countries, enabling businesses to promote their local products in the Thai market.
Thailand has been Vietnam’s top ASEAN trade partner over the years.
Vietnam and Thailand aim to increase bilateral trade turnover to 25 billion USD in the near future./.
