Especially, at this year's Thaifex Fair, the Business Association of High Quality Vietnamese Products in collaboration with the Vietnam Trade Office in Thailand, representatives of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) of the Ministry of Trade of Thailand; representatives of the Thai Organic Consumers Association and Central Group Thailand, organized seminars "Thailand's experience in developing green economy and sustainable products", and "Taking advantage of opportunities to penetrate and develop market for Vietnamese green and sustainable products”. On the sidelines of the above events is a commercial connection activity between Vietnamese businesses and the guests attending the seminars.
Ms. Vu Kim Hanh, Chairwoman of the Business Association of High Quality Vietnamese Products, said that within the framework of activities at Thaifex Anuga 2023, the Organizing Committee also organized a promotion program Business Trip - Thaifex 2023. Accordingly, businesses have the opportunity to approach new food trends and breakthrough products, and meet and find potential purchasing partners in the Thai retail system as well as at the Thaifex Anuga International Fair, with nearly 4,000 booths of more than 1,000 businesses from more than 100 countries across continents.
In addition, leading retail partners of Thailand will participate in meeting with Vietnamese business delegations including Central Retail, Talad Thai Agricultural Wholesale Market, CP (Makro hypermarket chain) and The Mall Group (Gourmet supermarket chain). The Vietnamese business delegation brings to Thaifex 2023 unique and healthy products to offer to the world, with many food products, agricultural specialties and processed products with high added value, including traditional fish sauce, confectionery, fruit juice, grilled coconut cake, cantaloupe, pea squash, dried fruit, lotus products, rice vermicelli, dried noodles, fermented chili sauce of all kinds, complete spices, and instant herbal tea from agricultural products.
