Egyptian TV channel airs live broadcast on Vietnam’s culture

The Egyptian Nile TV Channel has featured Vietnam’s world heritage sites and cultural celebrities recognised by UNESCO with 30- minutes of live coverage on November 19th.

It is the second time the Nile TV Channel has broadcast a special program on Vietnam.

In an interview, Minister Counsellor Vu Thien of the Vietnamese Embassy in Egypt said Vietnam is proud of having three world cultural celebrities honoured by UNESCO, namely national hero Nguyen Trai, great poet Nguyen Du and President Ho Chi Minh.

Through the program, Mr. Thien also introduced some of Vietnam’s cultural and natural landmarks, including Ha Long bay, Phong Nha  Ke Bang national park, complex of Hue monuments, Hoi An ancient city, My Son sanctuary, Thang Long imperial citadel, Ho dynasty citadel and Trang An landscape complex, which are recognised by UNESCO as world natural and cultural heritage sites./.
