After completing their 14-day quarantine period, 15 Romanian tourists left the quarantine area at Hoi An Beach Resort on March 27th.
In particular, female tourist Cristina Daus, leader of the tour group, sent a letter in English thanking local authorities and their caregivers during the quarantine period.
The Romanian female visitor said that being isolated was a wonderful and memorable experience.

“As I am writing this email to you, we are already flying above Vietnam to go back home. I just want to send you a letter of appreciation for your wonderful staff who have greatly taken care of us in what we will always remember as “Vietnam confinement days” and a very particular experience,” she wrote in the letter.
She said that local authorities, police force and staff of the quarantine area are the most wonderful representatives for their country.
“Always with a smile (you can feel a smile, even behind the mask). Your staff may be government, employees or police force, but they handled everything with a softness of a five star service! We felt really well taken care of!” Cristina shared.
She said that her group has many people with different characters, and even the most fastidious people were also satisfied with the wonderful treatment by the locality during the quarantine period.
“Even the most upset tourist had to admit that, and wondered where else we could have gotten the same great treatment, in this situation,” she emphasized./.
