250 tonnes of cement collected to assist program building new style rural areas

The Mong Cai city People’s Committee in the northern province of Quang Ninh has received 250 tonnes of cement from enterprises to support building for the new style rural area program.

The collection aims to respond to the movement to join hands to carry out the program.

Accordingly, the Mong Cai city Enterprises’ Association has encouraged 6 members to assist the program with 250 tonnes of cement, including the Indeco Joint-Stock Company (100 tonnes); the Cat Phu Hai Fisheries Company, the fishing association, and Phuong Anh private company (50 tonnes); the Mong Cai City Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (50 tonnes); Gia Vu Law Company, the Ka Long notary office (50 tonnes).

The cement has been distributed to Hai Xuan, Hai Dong and Hai Tien communes.

According to the city People’s Committee, the Mong Cai city Enterprises’ Association will continue to launch similar movements to support the program, assist farmers in producing and consuming agricultural products, using rural labourers, and investing in developing the rural economic market, production techniques and culture./.
